Sandy Luke
Sandra Luke, is co-owner of Warnick+Company. She has an extensive background in the central reservations field of hotels and resorts. With over 23 years of hands-on experience in the planning and integration of electronic central reservation systems and the development/implementation of corporate marketing programs, Ms. Luke is a highly specialized professional in a vast area of marketing stratagem.
Prior to her work at Warnick+Company, Ms. Luke was Vice President of Call Center Operations for Doubletree Hotels Corporation. She spent 14 years in various marketing positions and was responsible for a $14 million corporate reservations budget. Through her career with DHC, she played a critical role in the mergers with Canadian Pacific Hotels & Resorts, Guest Quarters Suites, Red Lion Inns & Hotels, and Promus Hotels Corporation.
As Director of Reservation Services for Ramada Inc. from 1979 to 1984, Sandra Luke recommended and implemented enhancements to the central reservations system for more than 600 hotels. Ms. Luke enjoyed several positions during her stay with Ramada, among which include Manager of Reservations System Development and Manager of Group Sales.
Ms. Luke also served as Director of Reservations, developing staff training programs and system user specifications for resort hotels at Princess Hotels International’s (now Fairmont Hotels & Resorts) corporate office in New York, New York.
Sandra Luke holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts Degree from the University of Hartford, Connecticut and a Master of Psychology Degree from the New School for Social Research, New York, New York. She is a member of the Board of Directors for the Scottsdale Healthcare Auxiliary. |
